It's been a while, but isn't that just a binary information file (a movie), so unless you actually care about the movie, just copy any other .bif to MovEnd.bif

By the looks of it, it's an ending movie, so you might even be able to replace it with the correct one by time someone gets that far. (i.e. at least it gets you started)
