A long and stressfull battle and a very rewarding finale (the last 20% were awesome) made for an absolutely epic battle.

Congratulations!

An alliane guild killed him on Tichondrius for the first time yesterday (darnit!). Meanwhile, we've been having more trouble fighting the lag monster than Nerfarion himself. Hopefully we'll get him this week, though.

It's a good thing we all survived the stage 1 transition! (1 minute into stage two through some shadowflame spamming and the rogue call Nefarian killed ALL the rogues). Drops were..

Or if you're lazy... Bloodfang/transcendence BP, pure elementium band, a scepter with tons of + healing, and the head.

This was easily my most intense, heart-stopping fight i have ever engaged in for WoW or any other game of the same genre. It was long, interesting and had tons of little tricks and variations thrown at you during the course of the fight. What was even more remarkable is that early in the fight we lost ALL our Rogues yet we still managed to take Nefarian down. Much grats to the developers of Blizzard for creating an awesome Boss encounter.

Btw: how long does it take to reach the ground if you jump off that balcony using slow fall or levitation? (Things I have to try when we get there *g*)

I'm not an addict ... maybe that's a lie.

That's because the Balcony does not actually look out onto Searing Gorge and Burning Steppes. If you were to jump out, you'd be dead at the graveyard, just like what happens when Kirtonis knocks you off the porch in Scholo or you decide to jump off the battlements of Silverfang Keep towards the town below or even jump through the hole in the center of the dragonkin/hakkar apparition/troll area in Sunken Temple.
Sith Warriors - They only class that gets a new room added to their ship after leaving Hoth, they get a Brooncloset

Einstein said Everything is Relative.
Heisenberg said Everything is Uncertain.
Therefore, everything is relatively uncertain.

Actually, that drops you down to the basement area of the Sunken Temple -- the area with the little worms swimming around in the pool of water.

Yes, there seems to be an invisible wall all along the balcony. Too bad, I had pleasant visions of mind controling the mobs in phase 1 off the balcony.

I've been "lucky" enough to have done both of these things at various times. Both occurences led to me getting a loading screen and then being ejected to the appropriate part of the world. Being punted out of Scholo landed me in the lake wet but alive (unlike the rest of my party that quickly wiped without their priest  Being punted out of SfK loaded me in midair where I promptly fell to my death (and I still forget that my mage has slow fall; d'oh). Neither of these events auto-killed me though.
