besides bolty....which is obvious...I see absolutely no one from the old lurker lounge....I quit about a year ago...along with most of my friends...I started up again last month on US west...and now i'm gonna quit one more final time...I tried looking for the lounge on east...but I figured it didnt exist anymore...I completely ignored the website (remember when bolty quit?) because i doubted it was still running. This is actually a nice surprise but at an odd end...I looked through the users and none of my old buddies seem to still exist....unless they are on different names now...anyways...I have to ask before I leave d2 forever...Does anyone recognize ME? has anyone here played long enough to be able to? I think I slightly remember WarLocke...but maybe it was a different guy...i dont know. Anyways tomorrow might be my last day on west...I want to know if anyone I knew back then still lives on d2. I doubt it.

Heh, I know I was active at the Lounge at that time. You sure you haven't just forgotten names?
*looks around*
Yeah, I see a number of oldschool Lurkers about.
See you in Town,

I've been on the lounge for a very long time, but I don't recognize you :P
Welcome back in any event.

...A lot of the old timers are still hanging about. We just like to live up to the name of the Lounge and lurk.
I was an old US West player with Den, Z, Bolty, and a whole bunch of others. I moved from there to the private server that Mephy set up, and from there to Neverwinter Nights. Despite that, this community still keeps me coming back...even if I don't talk much. :)

I've been around for nearly three years under various pseudonyms... Didn't start to post much until this last time around.

Crystalion started posting again a few weeks ago which was very nice to see :)
I think it's probably partly people moving on but partly not remembering people's names - that's what happens to me
Welcome back

I posted for a lot of time and I don't remember you, I was here at 1.05 (or even 1.04) and was here at 1.08 and 1.09...
Most likely that I saw you, but being the man I am I hardly pay attention to people's names and just a select few I remember.

How do you think I feel? My bookmark still says "Bolty's Diablo Strategy Central (BDSC)". Back when the tag line was "No frills, no fancy HTML, just strat" or something of that nature.

u serious? I dunno some ppl seem familiar...but i'd hate to hessitate to say that I know any of you...lol...dont want to look like a dumbass later on...."oh remember the foxworthy jokes we used to type up" and then you go..."who the f*ck are you?" that would be embarrasing :D

wiccan that name DEFINETLY sounds familiar... lol.... do you actually still play .... or do just hang around here now? man....seems like it's been forever.... I wish I had my old friends list from just b4 i quit...or my bot that had about 250 of my friends on it  arg....I wish Sithy would have been on forums still...above all he was the last of my best friends on bnet....Sith, bucktoothso...all of those guys (lol, I only remember 2... :( ) there were so many good guys ...
I'm living in Hawaii now :) moved there from VA...thats why I came back to d2 ... my friend talked me into it...but then I got so bored of it again...just last night actually I gave my account to my hawaiian friend...spread out the little wealth I gained in the month of playing....and thats it...Im gonna play some battlefield 1942 from now on (i've been playing it for quite a while...mostly desert combat.....downloading Galactic Conquest right now) BF1942 is a fun game...not too deep or involved but .... if you want to have some fun then...thats the game to get...anyone play bf1942?....I need to get some practice...my flying skills kinda rusted right now <_< been "clicking" too much if you know what I mean...The only new thing about this game since I have been gone is finding the slightly newer-yet relatively decent forums of www.cc-comp.com, its no lurkerlounge but ....Its not so bad...guys there almost half-way decent....one thing i'd like to know though is....is there still a lurkerlounge channel? on any specific realm? I looked for it but never found it...
Good to be home anyhow...and without the burden of D2 I sortof feel nicer now.

NOOOO!!!! Not BF1942! That game warps the space-time continuum, kinda like The Sims. Besides if you quit D2, you don't have to quit the Lounge. I haven't played D2 in 8 mos. and haven't gone away from the Lounge.
