:( I thought we magi were getting water fountain added. And what happened to adding Badges to raid instances? I'm terribly disappointed.

Those notes aren't entirely correct. They still have the changes to defense skill and daze listed, and those have been pulled indefinitely. Check
here for confirmation. It obviously doesn't mean you're getting water fountain or badges in Karazhan (those might be 2.3), I'm just pointing out that those patch notes are not accurate, though they really could be the "final" notes.

I'm fairly sure those were never promised for 2.2. They were mentioned at Blizzcon as coming "eventually".
