The new cube recipe 1 Lum Rune + 1 Pul Rune + 1 Perfect Emerald + Exceptional Unique Weapon = Elite Unique weapon. I have been saving those stupid useless pul runes sinse LOD came out and they are currently clogging my rune mule. I even considered dumping them since they do nothing special. But my persistance has paid off! I may even run out of lum runes before I run out of puls while cubing exceptional uniques. :D

1.) There's already a thread on this.
2.) Pul Runes aren't useless.
