My Druid is a lvl 78 werewolf, using fury. I just got 1.10 aldurs rhythm, other parts of Aldurs Watchtower are 1.09. So What to socket it with? it has 3 sockets.
I have a little problem too. I got full Aldurs set, which gives me a whopping 350% ED. However the damage is still very low, around 800-1200. My Druid has around 240 Strenght. I think its because only the weapon is 1.10 and the other set items are 1.09 but i dont know. Help appreciated...

Two Shael's will get it to 70 Weapon IAS, which will most likely give you a 5 frame Fury attack (assuming at least lvl 4 Werewolf skill).
I think
this speed calculator finally has wereforms right. Thanks to LL / AB research, Dragoon in particular.

To be absolutely sure you're getting the right speed values, you can also use
TheDragoon's Calculator.
It does agree that 2 Shaels will give the 9/5 fury.

Ok thanks, i put 2 Shaels in it. So what now? I mean, the full 1.10 set gives 350% ED so you dont really need ED jewels. Maybe some mf? And dont say mf is useless in 1.10, i have gotten Ethereal edge 1.10 elite uniqeu axe and Mavinas bow with only 60mf. Well, offcourse it might have been sheer luck... B)

I'm not sure what you mean by that. The full set bonus would be off-weapon ED, while an ED jewel in it would be on-weapon ED. So, while adding extra ED jewels to your armour wouldn't be very effective (because you already have the 350% ED there and the 240% ED from strength, plus whatever your skills have), increasing weapon damage would have a big effect, as every extra weapon damage point would be multiplied by all your off-weapon ED.
OTOH, Aldur's has very low base damage (as it's just an exceptional) item. Some damage comparisons:
Base: 60-93 (76.5 avg)
Ohm: 70-108 (89 avg)
15 max jewel: 60-108 (84 avg)
40% ED jewel: 68-105 (86.5 avg)
40% ED, 15 max jewel: 68-120 (94 avg)
30 max jewel: 60-123 (91.5 avg)
As you can see, the weapon damage will always be rather low.

So your saying that i already have the 350% bonus from the set? But that cant be, my damage is still around 900-1200. :o
If thats the case then i guess i should put an ED jewel in it. Btw, can i upgrade a set item with a Cube recipie, like rares and uniques???

Much as that weapon would need it, there's no recipe for upgrading set items.
The 350% ED is part of the full set bonus. You'll get that if you have a complete Aldur's set, regardless of which version each part came from.
You have a 60-93 weapon. 350% ED comes from the set, 240% ED comes from strength. I'm going to assume 423% ED from fury. That'd give:
Min damage = 60 * (100 + 350 + 240 + 423) / 100 = 667
Max damage = 93 * (100 + 350 + 240 + 423) / 100 = 1035
That's a bit lower than what you listed. Perhaps you have some other damage-increasing items, a higher-level fury or a HoW. *shrugs*.
It's important to note that the 350% set ED, as off-weapon ED, adds a multiple of your base weapon damage. That means that, if you have only a plain Rhythm and no +min/max equipment, the 350% ED will add 210-325 damage to your maximum.

Damn Blizzard, how do they expect a Wolf to survive in hell with that low damage. I hope they will make a recipe for set items. Well, thanks alot for help, better find a 40/15 jewel. :)

Maybe it's better to use two jewels of +30 max dam??

The data I posted above shows that a 40/15 jewel is more effective on jagged stars than a 30 max damage jewel (by a rather small margin). As it only had 3 sockets and two were filled with Shaels, there's only space for one remaining socket-filler.
