Classic MF Barb, viable ?

I see recently in hell a metorb sorc making mephs for hundreds. In 1.09 i have a berserker with good equip, and do mf meph runs.

I have now good equip in ladder for a pala mf, but need advice in what barb can i use with these:

Full disciple.
Arreat
Storm
Creante vomir ( with dr reduction )
and a doombringer as two hand weapon.

is viable or better trade the items ?
