I'm about to make a Passion runeword.
It will have +1 Zeal nad +1 Berserk for any character, as it is stated in the description.

Questios is, will +Skills and +Paladin skills (Guardian Angel, Steelclash) items increase this +1 to Zeal?

Same for +Barbarian skills.
Same for Heart of Wolverine charges.

Zeal 1 is not as useful as say zeal 5 or 6, which I might have with my other items.

On a non-Paladin, only +all skills will boost the Zeal. None of the other skill boosts will.

Similarly, on a non-barbarian, only +all skills will boost the Berserk.

The slvl of charges cannot be increased at all.

Yes. Think of it as getting +1 to firebolt on a staff and using a sorceress that has no points into the skill.

For the sake of completeness, perhaps one should mention that same +fire skills items will also benefit to fire skills from items, such as fireball, firewall or hydra =)
