Unlike previous runewords, it seems 1.10 has a few "interesting" runewords.

Among the older runewords, the only interesting ones were:

Ancients Pledge(which is kinda ironic, since the ancients ARE rotting, but the shield PREVENTS you from becoming rotten/dead)

Black(Could be either Thin or Tin. Suggestions as to what it could mean are welcome. I think it might be "Thin", since you'll be pretty thin after all those crushing blows. :P)

I think in some of the other languages, the Vex rune is Wex. I wonder if KoKoMal is someone's initials. It's the only one with two of the same rune.

I think you're on to something here. In the first beta patch, 'Call to Arms' didn't require the use of an Ohm, so its runeword was just "ARMI" or in other words "army." The Ohm was added at the end simply because 'Call to Arms' was too powerful and too easy to make the old way.

Now, Call to Arms is more powerful, but harder to make. :P

Personally, I think KoKoMal just reflects someone's obsession with cheesy 70's boybands(Beach Boys, Kokomo) :P
