how to calculate damage of weapons?

Hello all,

I would like to know how to calculate min/max damage of a weapon for one second or/and one frame ,with these factors:
-base damage and % ed
-speed of the weapon
-number of frames each second
- a whirlwind barbarian and a frenzy one

I am a bit confused how to do this;could you give me formulas which integrate these factors?

The easiest way to work out the damage per frame/second is to use this calculator:

There're 25 frames in a second. Only in d2 games, though.
