Do WW Barbs stand a chance?

Well im creating a ww barb because I just found myself an Arioc's needle pike (-10) speed and I plan to socket it with a sheal or two. With its 50 % deadly strike and nice poision damage along with avoiding targets defence I have a feeling this barb will be a sucessful twirler. It adds 3 to all skills which is again nice. Now I just need to get a double leech ring. But a though came to my head~ What if i made this a concentrate Barb.. Would that be suitable? :ph34r:
