Call me slow, but I just noticed this tonight. It can't really be a STSI because it takes hundreds of frames to occur, though I suppose two shots showing clearly different colors would do.
Anyway, what happens is the roof of the Pandemonium Fortress changes colors as time goes by. If you stand as close as you can to the pillars while still being able to see the roof, you can watch it do an interesting color shift. Well, I hope it's a real game feature, and not just a video glitch. I've never really stopped to pay attention to the roof before. ;)
