Will WC3 be mean?

When Warcraft 3 get's it's own larger forum section (I'm assuming it would be 4 sections like the D2 one), is the Diablo 2 Forum going to be scrunched into one section, like the D1 Forum?

I think you mean World of Warcraft, not Warcraft 3.

I'd assume that, as long as there's enough traffic to justify the current set of D2 forums, they'll stay around. There's no sense in merging them all together if that forum would then get too many posts per day and there's no sense in keeping them apart if they never get any posts.

Sorry, caps, but I mean it -_-; I was having an arguement with a friend about which was the better RTS, WC3 or RoN, and it was still on my mind.

As was stated, I think that as long as each forum is getting frequent use, they will all stay. It's easier to go through 4 different forums to find the topics already sorted than to look through one with 2 pages of topics unsorted.
