Decoy and Chance to Cast

Thread title says it all. Has anybody verified if she does indeed cast stuff when hit? Or does she merely have the appearance of the player(she even changes weapons with you! :P) and identical stats(apart from hp bonus)?

So they won't have any CTC effects. |
