Exocet font in a Doom 3 ad

I was browsing around Sourceforge today and I came across this ad banner:
![[Image: doom3.gif]](http://s88432259.onlinehome.us/lounge/doom3.gif) Why would they use the Exocet font in this ad? It's so obviously a Diablo font, and I'm sure any gamer worth his/her salt would instantly recognize it as such.

Exocet has been used for a lot of things besides Diablo. I don't think the game has any "claim" to it.
