After spending days trying to convince Mephisto that a green breast plate and a blue sash is not the correct drop for 500% MF he finally relented and dropped me a Reapers Toll.
I have never had one of these before, being quite new to ladder, and I was wondering what would be the best build to attempt using said item.
As I said above I am quite new to ladder so dont have lots of godly gear/runes, so keep it simple please guys

It would probably do OK on a Whirlwind Polearm Barbarian.
If you like Leap Attack Barbarians, it would do just fine there as well.
I agree with Shadow, though, a lovely Act II Merc Weapon to support any build.
