Does anyone have this? How does it play for the serious tactician and strategist?
I passed on Homeworld, Imperium Galactica II, and Hegemonia and have been anxiously waiting to look at Imperium Galactica III. I used to play some great paper and pencil 4X strategy games, and have been waiting for a faithfully realistic space based strategy game for years.
