Well, I decided I needed to compress down from my 60GB of collected WoW videos into something more manageable so I have started to shrink my collection by compressing it with VirtualDub.
Thing is, I have done this fine before without too many problems. (I used to rip DVD's and do TVRips as well so there shouldnt be any problem, but there are)
In FRAPS, I collect video in 60fps fullscreen and it works like a charm ingame. There's no stuttering, no hanging in motion because of it.
However, when I pump the files (sometimes up to 3gb files) through VD I get serious stutters and issues when trying to do playback in my media player. (I use Zoom Player, a dependable choice for me).
Help? I am stumped.
And its not that the videos dont play, they do. It's the fact that they play slightly sluggish. As if almost-in-slow-motion-but-not-quite. Quite irritating.
