It's been awhile since we've had a happy fun-time event! Here's an idea I stole from an old guild I played with. It seemed to go over OK in guild chat the other day- let me know what you think, and if you think it can be pulled off:
ESCORT THE PRESIDENT
Teams of 3 players race to the finish for fame and possibly fortune but probably just fame!
Rules:
-One of the 3 players must be level 1
-Contestants must be PvP flagged at all times
The path is to be determined but it's obviously not going to run from Northshire Abbey to SWC. Rest assured, many dangerous baddies will be encountered!
If we don't have the folks to field a bunch of teams from within the guild, I'd be happy to extend the invitation to the Avarice alliance.

I immediately think of the guild that did the L1 gnome race from Iron Forge to Stormwind, that was an awesome video. :)
I'd be up for something silly like that though.

Sounds like a cool idea.
Would you want to restrict the level 1 in anyway? I.E no Shadowmeld/Stealth?
Also, unless you get a hunter for every team, I'd say no Aspect of the Pack :P
Trade yourself in for the perfect one. No one needs to know that you feel you've been ruined!

Hmmm, All on foot...
Leg 1: Ironforge on foot Menethil and catch a boat to Theramore
Leg 2: Theramore to Gadgetzan by way of the great lift
Leg 3: Gadgetzan to Feathermoon (through or around Mohache, your choice) :D
So uniform teams, no Aspect of the pack, no Warlock summons, and only one healer (priest, Paladin, Druid) in each team.

We actually discussed something like this while Psybie was leveling Drogar and we were taking him into high end instances when he was in his mid 50s. On one run in Strat, he actually went to walk mode and started walking all over trying to agro mobs. So we kinda came up with an idea on the fly.
Basically, it's an escort through Strat with a mid 50s character as the escortee and 9 lv 60s doing the escort. The premise was that the esortee would walk and would keep walking and the job of the 60s was to clear the path ahead of the escortee. Now, you couldn't get too far ahead of the escortee and the escortee had to stop on occasion to look at things much like the professor does in Darkshire while wandering his digsite.
This could be adapted for BRD, BRS, and Scholo as well.

Two questions I can think of regarding the level 1:
- Can they be twinked? A team might search out the best no level requirement equipment they can find beforehand and have a significant advantage.
- Would the team be required to stick to the main path? Many places are only discovered when you get off the main path and, I would think, the level 1 could level a couple times if the team made sure to grab all the discovery they could.
