Questions about cd-keys and chatbots

Heya! I'd like to know if there's a way to log in with two accounts at the same time (using 2 cd-keys) as I'd like a second account to keep channels open and to mule with myself ;)
Well, the muling isn't that important actually, keeping the channel open is what it's all about. Is there someway I can have a sort of chatbot to keep the channel open (it must be the channel operator!) while I play diablo II games? Offcourse, is this bot is violating any rules, well no bot for me :P

I'm not sure if bots are against the EULA. I think I remember hearing some news about Blizz letting chatbots back onto battle.net, due to popular demand. Still, I tend to stay away from those anyway, just to be safe.
