Dearest friends.

While meph/pindle/shenk-running, I got to thinking about something:

Being a sorceress with firewall, it's very easy for me to throw 4-5 firewalls on Shenk while my merc blocks any incoming baddies. By the time they tear down his health, Shenk is screaming in agony as fire falls from the sky killing all hostiles in the immediate vicinity. Everyone is killed.

1. Do I get xp from their death?

2. Will my Magic Find % factor in on their treasure they drop?

Heiho,

no to both. When a Boss dies and sets this special trigger event which kills everything near him it's technically not you who killed, so you don't gain further profit.

Same for Bloodraven and Diablo.

I'm not quite so sure about the loot part, as Shenk's death at least used to be the cheesiest way of killing the World event Diablo. Annihilus is just a normal drop from him (he's just rigged to always drop it, and only it), so Shenk's death would have to cause normal drops to happen.
