BlizzWis already took that question on, would have too much of a negative impact on raid balance. They have themselves in a pickle, we'll have to see what they do for Cata to solve it.

Haste (up to cap) is your best bet to assist in countering dispel resistance, currently. Hopefully a good debuff/buff/dispel/gcd situation will eventually occur.
