Slow missile vs LE and MSLE's

Just wondering, I read a while back in 1.09 that slow missile actually makes the situation worse vs LE's and MSLE's because it turns the bolts invisible. Is it still like that? I don't want to be casting it and causing my party members to die.;)

Yes, that was true at one time. But...not anymore. I don't think it's been that way for a long time.
