Can't kill Vagan

Saw him once in solaris in cruel then again on merci ledge. Dude just heals to much before timer runs out. Granted my arc DPS is only 2K at lvl 54.

Yeah, he is a beast. you have to know when to fight him. I usually can destroy him but he is not for the feint of heart.

But how do you exactly destroy him though??
