Issue with Raid Call

[Nightmare]

So I'm using Raid Call to talk to a couple guys and they can hear me and each other but I can not hear either one of them. I have recalibrated my headphones and mic settings but nothing has worked. Thing is first couple time we used Raid Call it worked perfectly, then just stopped. The issue is only on my side of things and as I said before changing settings hasn't worked, does anyone have any idea how I can fix this?

I will add to this by saying that before we tried RaidCall, he also had trouble using Steam's voice chat.

I will also add that apparently he can hear youtube videos through his headphones.

That is true I can hear music videos and game sounds completely fine it is only trying to talk that I can't hear people
