Yeah, if you're by town, for some reason if you target into town so that you cast, but the circle for targeting a meteor doesn't show up they instantly hit, no delay... not *real useful* but odd. I dont' know if they do impact damage or if they just put the half circle of post impact fire up though. Maybe I'll figure out a way to test this later.
