Somewhere on a higher mental plane
Blizzard might learn to patch a game.
If I had a clue
Would I still be here with you?
Gee whiz, if only Blizzard only a brain.

Not surprised. :)

I'm getting a cast on my wrist/arm on monday, so for what I care they can delay it another 12 weeks :P
Hopefully it gets delayed because they are trying to make it as good as possible. I seriously hope they put some hard work into making it more "secure" (blocking hacks and exploits). If that's the cause then I think it's a good thing.
Or maybe they're just trying to hype it?

I wanted the title to be *waves hand wildly in air*
but when I hit preview, it resets the title for some reason.
O well, it wasn't that funny anyway

I always wondered how you could delay something that never really had a firm release date anyway.

And hence the difference in terminology between "delays" and "pushes back release date".

Hah! You should see the looks on your faces :P

What's your source please?
Edit: GFraizer: We're not sure. But it won't be in the next couple of weeks likely.

I have a dictionary, and it tells me that delay is defined as "To postpone until a later time; defer. " In order to do that you would need an original time to postpone from. Since we never had that original time (we had something from Bill Roper that we all know is just fluff anyway), the patch can't be delayed. :P
(yes I realize you were jesting, and I am too, but in just a bad enough mood to defend myself on something so trivial)

When(if) the patch come out, ask:
"Blizzard releases patch, raise your hand if you're surprised."
Alot more hands raised I'd wager.
EDIT: When(if) the patch comes out, not when it come out.

Yes, I'd raise my hand to this one :D
It seems to me that when this LEGENDARY and MYTHICAL patch is released, that there will be a whole slew of new bugs that need fixing when they suddenly have 100k people testing the "new" features of the patch. And when will the next patch come out to fix the 1.1 patch problems? Humm... had something else to say but kids watching TV and is very distracting. Lost train of thought.

Since the patch was announced around last year, I don't think anybody really cares that it got delayed. It already was.
