Kuko, Razortail, and the Pierce skill

My mageazon will be using a Kuko. I believe I heard somewhere that Kuko provides 50% pierce. Should I wear Razortail as well or should I just pump my Pierce skill to get to 100% pierce? Or perhaps both?

I'd invest at least the initial skill point into Pierce. Slvl 2 gives you 34% (which replaces the Razortail outright), slvl4 gives you 99% with the Kuko. While the Razortail is a wonderful belt for a bowazon build of any description, there are other options to look at as well; having your Pierce skill in place and padded with skill adders will allow you the freedom to opt away from that belt should you wish it.
