Druid casting rate

Is there a way to inprove druids casting rate on spells such as volcano and fissure?

the only thing that will happen with more fc on timered spells is it'll "seem" like you cast 2-3 in a row, this is just graphical though.

more fc doesn't reduce the delay :(

Blah guess that makes fast cast useless for fire skills. Am trying to build an effective fire/summoner so I got another question :) Are the summons like wolves classified as actual synergies so that they do not contribute to the others from + skills?

The druid summon synergies still work with the total slvl of a skill, including bonuses.
