You've more or less got the Taerar (not Emeriss) fight down. As long as you know that you're getting three shades at the 25%-marks, you can pre-position tanks to split them up. The shades emit poison clouds periodically, requiring the tanks and melee dps to move the shade to a different position. They also have a stacking frontal AoE conical DoT that can be nasty if it's allowed to pile up on the raid. Ideally, you want all the shades separated and pointed in different directions away from the raid.

Emeriss is tough, but doable. His trick, as Arethor outlined, is not actually that hard, in theory. It's tough on your healers. If you can keep everyone from dying, and if everyone employs smart tactics to keep themselves alive, the fight is probably simpler than Taerar.

Lethon is a bitch and a half. The thing to remember about him is that his attack is a shadowbolt whirl, not a shadowbolt volley. Unlike Kazzak, he doesn't hit everyone around him with each shot - he "whirls" the volleys around him in a counterclockwise circle. If you turn him so that the whirl is pointed in a direction where there are few raid members, you can drastically reduce the damage done to your raid. As for the healing, even the best guilds' solution seems to just be to nail as many shades as you can, let him heal, and kill him several times over until he actually dies.
