Yet we see them around in SoS and BL and there was a significant presence still in Outland during WC3X. Also, at the time when the Orcs went after the Dranei, they were a peaceful people much as the Orcs were prior to the intervention of the Burning Legion. As we saw in WC3X, they had become more warlike and also wanted to destroy the Orcs for what they had done to both Draenor and the Dranei. And likewise, there are far more Draeni around than there are High Elves and adding something like the Pandaren to the Alliance would probably tip the population even worse towards Alliance even with the inclusion of the Blood Elves to the Horde.
