Holy shock aura and Lighning mastery

Lightning mastery will boost both the damage HS adds to your attack and the pulse damage. If you're attacking in mêlée, you get a double application of the lightning mastery, since it first boosts it as a skill and then boosts it again for elemental damage from a mêlée attack.
