Is there an Absorb % cap in D2X v1.10 & v1.11 ?
Blizzard just updated its web page and said some new info about Absorb:

Specifically, the "new" info on Absorb % did NOT mention there was a maximum cap on Absorb %.
If I recall reading somewhere when v1.10 just came out, there was a "new" Absorb % cap of 40%.
Is this still true for v1.11 ?
