Hey,
This is slightly off topic but saves making a whole new post..
After months of thinking and planning it's finally time for me to start my bow assassin (sniper?). I plan to max out both venom and fade. Treachery seems like a fairly cheap option with some valuable mods but I'm concerned about the "5% chance to cast level 15 fade when struck" and the "25% chance to cast level 15 venom on striking". The question is, will their level replace my higher level spells? and if so, do + skills have any effect on "chance to cast, on striking, when struck.." spell levels?
