Act3 Merc's Skills

It'll work. It'll effectively give that Fire Merc +2 to his skills. There's also a bug with them. The Fire Skills tree for a Sorc is on tab 3. A Barbarian's Combat Skills are also on Tab 3. Say you got a piece of armor with +1 Combat Skills and put it on a Fire Merc, he gets +1 to his skills.
