Undocumented Change:
Fengus' Ferocity now has a tooltip listing +200 AP, instead of +30% AP. I haven't gotten the buff yet, but that's what I saw on someone else. I guess this means the +% was in fact not working correctly - Displayed on Char screen as only +30 and I suspected that was the case - so Bliz took the easy fix, and made it a more appropriate straight bonus rather than making it an actual percentage.
