Arathi
The Stromgarde Elite quests (I think I have four or five elite quests in Arathi)

Stranglethorn Vale
The Elite panther/raptor quests in STV (still working my way through the Booty Bay quests, too, but those are still mostly soloable at the moment).

Alterac Mountains
I have an Elite quest up there, involves killing ogres to get a book, but I don't remember the name. Gathering Knowledge, maybe? I have 5 of the tomes, but not the named one.

I'll be able to get on the Scarlet Monastery quest path soon, too
