The alliance master tailor, Timothy Worthington, has a pimptastic outfit. I'm not very familiar with what items in the game look like, and I can't inspect NPCs... Does anyone know if that hat, or something of similar appearance, is available to players?
Are NPC outfits in general made up of clothing players can get, or are they mostly their own set of graphics? I haven't seen any good NPC impersonators, but I assume that's mostly from a lack of effort.
