Adding to the ones already mentioned:

Sinfest.
Inktank. (Right now only Angst Technology is updated, he used to do three different comics).

8-bit Theatre is just awesome, amd BTAF rocks ^_^

Those are 2 that are on my huge list :D
Both are decent. I liked Angst Technology before the hiatus, but it's picking back up.
