This is some great stuff Warlock. If you are on Proudmoore I'd be happy to do some more of this with you. I have a high level druid there.
I had never noticed the large threat generation from enrage, but I use it sparingly. I'm going to have to play with this. One thing I didn't see in your post was swipe. In my experience this seems to generate much more threat than the damage would suggest. I use it a fair bit when tanking to try and hold 3 or more mobs.
