Why aren't porn stars arrested for prostitution?
#22
Okay, so what about this scenario:

A man solicits sex from various prostitutes and does the deeds in his car, which is equipped with hidden cameras. After the back-seat shenanigans, he tells them about the hidden cameras and asks them to sign a release stating that it's okay for the video to be distributed (after he gives them a few bucks extra of course). He goes on to distribute the porn film and makes money. Heck, the hookers even get residuals.

The original sex-for-money transaction is clearly illegal, but is it STILL illegal after the prostitute has signed a release stating she agreed to appear in the upcoming film?

I can envision all sorts of workarounds to this.

Here's another:

COPS episode 763-22-D

undercover cop: Hi
girl: Are you a cop
undercover cop: Nope
girl: I will perform sexual favours in exchange for money :whistling:
undercover cop: :w00t:

cut to scene of 281 cops rolling in and arresting the girl

girl: You didn't let me finish my sentence  I meant to say "I will perform sexual favours in exchange for money while we are being filmed for an upcoming pornographic movie release :shuriken: Here's a release I'd like you to sign B) "

cue ending
"one thirty two and bush I've got him at gunpoint"
"gunpoint one thirty two and bush coverage code three"
