Well, last year here in New Zealand it was legalized, along with brothel ownership (and same sex marriage, and stealing land from 'the natives', and banning smoking in workplaces ... that's right, enjoy a prostitute at a brothel, but you are a criminal if you smoke afterwards :wacko: . (Was a busy year for legislation here))
With all of the finance company craze that has been happening here over the past three to five years, I am surprised that I havent seen prostitute finance. "Sex for only 12 low monthly payments of $Y", "Buy now and pay no interest until March", or "Buy one, get one free" seem to have some sort of distasteful ring ;) .
What is not surprising, is that the brothels are usually located close to the Universities, where they have a large source of employees trying to "use others libidos to stay out of debt" :(
