I'm sure there are a few categories I'm forgetting right now.

Waitress/waiter
Bellhop when I use one.
Baggage handler when I use one (rare) at the airport
Bartender
Barber if I am particularly pleased with the cut (I don't go to a hairdresser, they are too expensive!)
The guy who washes my clubs at the Golf Club on such occasions as I allow for that: I usually wash them myself when I get home, however, on some occasions, we sit in the 19th hole and the lad washes them while we suck down the suds, where we tip the bartender, etc. Can make for an expensive golf outing that is for certain.
And, if I win big, the croupier at the craps table. Usually, if the guy is taking care of me and not trying to tell me how to bet, I will now and again drop a $1 bet for him on a high hitter. Recent vegas trip, I went for a two way 12, one dollar. Twelve rolled, pure luck, and we both got 35 bucks.
A better than usual tip, for sure, though most two way bets like that go south.
