December Guildwars Beta weekend is active

I really really want to play this game.  I have a beta key.  I have downloaded the game.  It crashed during the first 'tutorial'.  And it won't load again.

Ideas?

I know it sounds like a dead horse by now, but try uninstalling (as in getting it out of the registry) and loading it up from the client again.
