I may be mistaken (I often am) but I think you can get any rune from that... it definitely goes up to UM, heck the NIGHTMARE one goes up to UM, but yeah I think you can get any rune out of it... but you usually just get dol or something silly... best I've gotten are 3 ums from about 20 or so tries in nightmare/hell.
