Think of it this way, you want to have a prty, you will only let a certain type of people enter your house. Will that make it harder for people to get so many people together in your yard that no one can even get to your door? Of course not.

But the server doesn't have to process those blocked requests within its memory. It doesn't have to spit out its site information to those requests. It doesn't have to devote processor power nor it's— channels?— to send information back along those requests.

In other words, the party doesn't have to dole out any beer to the gate crashers, and the kegs don't get all that crowded.
Political Correctness is the idea that you can foster tolerance in a diverse world through the intolerance of anything that strays from a clinical standard.
