Charge bug

I would appreciate some help with this because it can get real annoying.

I was dueling with my pally against a sorc. After I killed her a few times, I dueled again. But that time, I tried charging her and nothing happened, he stayed in one place. I even tried shift+click and it didnt work. Any Advice would be helpful.

I heard that pressing w fixes the paladin charge bug and another bug with the barb (leap attack is it?)
