Well, of course the Lounge is my favorite site, but here are a few webcomics which are quite funny. These are the ones that I keep on my little quickbar thingie up there and check regularly.
Warning: Any/all of these links may have some harsh language/content in them, so consider yourself warned. Mostly it's not too bad though.

Great site, updated frequently. Probably more funny to MMORPG players who understand some of the jokes :lol:
8bit Theatre
This one is a must-read. Start from the beginning, work your way to the end. It'll take a while, but you HAVE to read the whole thing.
VG Cats
Very funny comics here! Not updated as much as some of the others, but it's really great.
Penny Arcade
Awesome. Just awesome. That's really all I can say about it. The first beginning comics of this site aren't that great, but they just get better and better.
Ctrl+Alt+Del
Great site, read it from the beginning. Very very good stuff here.
The Order of the Stick
D&D fan? No? You'll love this site anyways. Check it out. Also check out The Ninja Story under campaigns.
In my opinion, all of these sites are worth a spot in your bookmarks/favorites.
