Lag in game (uswest)

Lag? Sometimes I wish all I had was lag. Sometimes the game will just freeze completely, and return after about 20 seconds. If I'm lucky, my merc and I will still be alive, but most often, I'll be face down in the durace with the rest of the undead stygians I just frozen orbed 20 seconds ago (before the lag.)
