Necro and Druid question

Well, something I meant to ask a long time ago and somehow never came around to actually posting it:

Does Amplify Damage (Decrepify?) work with the Druid's physical damage wind skills? It should, imho.

Also, do Necroskeletons have a chance to score critical hits? I think I saw a corresponding graphic a couple of times while playing my new Skelemancer.
